- Support business units in managing key priorities and reporting requirements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
- Collaborate with the executive director to coordinate training and education sessions focused on quality, safety, and risk.
- Assist business units in preparing for audits and accreditation, including NDIS Practice Standards and ACIS, in conjunction with the quality, safety, and risk team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and policies addressing quality and risk issues, with a focus on performance improvement and integrated clinical and corporate risk management.
- A collaborative mindset, strong customer service orientation, and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience in quality and safety systems, can-do attitude, and capacity to manage varied, high-volume workloads with attention to detail.
- Implementing and monitoring clinical governance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, performance effectiveness, patient safety, quality, and experience.
- Providing strategic and issue-specific advice at all service levels regarding clinical governance systems, processes, and issues.
- Assisting in the effective implementation of clinical governance systems and processes to collect, analyze, monitor, and report on incident data, identifying and proactively managing areas of risk and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting work health and safety better practice by identifying, assessing, and monitoring workplace hazards and risks.
