About the Role

Maincom Services is a reputable mid-tier builder with a strong portfolio of projects in both residential and commercial construction.

We are seeking an experienced Building Estimator to oversee and estimate works, manage and coordinate trades, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and supervise/estimate works and projects
  • Program and coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trades, support staff, and stakeholders
  • Ensure WHS compliance on building sites
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in carpentry or building or equivalent
  • Experience in mid-tier residential and commercial construction projects
  • Demonstrated experience in estimating works and project management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Experience in WHS and customer service
  • Superior computer literacy
