We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Support Professional to join our winning national Chemistry/Life Sciences team.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with two outstanding patent attorneys, assisting with the protection, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property.

  • Prepare and proof-read various correspondence and documents;
  • Upload documents and maintain accurate information on client portals;
  • Liaise with IP Australia for document productions, lodgements and amendments;
  • Provide general administration support (e.g. diary management, arranging travel & meetings).

We are interested in hearing from experienced legal secretaries/administrators/'career' paralegals in any area of law, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in intellectual property (preferably patents). If you possess:

  • Highly developed Microsoft Office skills, with a fast typing accuracy (minimum 55wpm);
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy;
