About You:

  • Proven success in a similar leadership role, preferably with at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • A genuine love for hospitality, people, and community-driven initiatives.
  • A charismatic personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ongoing drive, energy, and resilience, coupled with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
