About the Role
  • Drive sales growth for the Sleep Solutions business within Air Liquide's CPAP clinics in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists, promoting synergy and collaboration among team members and other groups in the region.
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant events to promote Air Liquide's products and services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong management and business development capabilities, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving team performance.
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
