Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple industries.
  • This role involves defining project goals, scope, and success metrics with client stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes.
  • They will oversee project teams to ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
  • This role requires partnering with Architects, SMEs, and Change Managers to refine scope and timelines.

About the Role

This is a complex Salesforce delivery role that requires strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and delivery methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience delivering complex Salesforce projects and hold relevant certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Builder.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple industries.
  2. Define project goals, scope, and success metrics with client stakeholders.
  3. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes.
  4. Oversee project teams to ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
  5. Track and report progress to stakeholders.
  6. Partner with Architects, SMEs, and Change Managers to refine scope and timelines.

  • Australian Citizenship required.
  • Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous.
