Our OpportunityWe're seeking a Planning Administration Assistant to join our fast-paced Planning team. As a key member of our team, you'll assist the Buying and Planning process by providing effective administration support. Your love of fashion will be welcomed by our like-minded and authentic team who love what they do.
Key Responsibilities- Raise purchase orders in the system for stores and ecommerce
- Process order adjustments to ensure updates are accurate
- Ensure packaging lists are received from all vendors prior to shipment
- Maintain style sizing data and various Data Tables
- Run reports as required for Planning, Buying and QA teams
- Assist with stock transfers from ecommerce to stores
- Communicate with various departments regarding purchase orders and other requests
- Administration support as required
- Fashion or relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
- Previous administration and customer service experience advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent with MS Excel and Word
- Relationship building capabilities
- High attention to detail and time management skills
