Working in our dynamic industry means being part of a small, close-knit team where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution. Our business is advancing battery technology, wind and solar power generation, and associated grid electrical storage systems.

We are currently looking for experienced Control Room Operators to join our site in the Pilbara on a 2/2 FIFO roster from Perth. You will work in a remote area but be valued for what you contribute. We operate our business as a team and leave hierarchy for bigger organisations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Fundamental Skills:

  • Processing Operator experience with mechanical aptitude.
  • Trade background in Mechanical, Boilermaker or Fitter trade.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current 'C' Class Drivers Licence.
  • Current High Risk Work Licence.
  • Working at Heights skills.
  • Ability to enter and work in confined spaces.
  • Gas Test Atmospheres knowledge.
  • Low Voltage Rescue and CPR skills.
  • Strong computer skills and literacy including O365 and SAP software.
  • Knowledge and understanding of statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry.
  • Ability to interpret Engineering, P&ID & Isometric drawings.

Desirable Skills:

  • Diagnostic training in hydraulic fault finding and pump overhauls.
  • Relevant Certificates of Competency in materials handling, Hiab, Dogman, Forklift, EWP, Mobile Crane, Overhead Crane, Fuel and Lube trucks and Ancillary equipment.
  • Certificate III Metalliferous Mining Operations (Processing).
  • Section 44 Training.
  • Heavy Rigid Truck Licence.
  • ticket in Forklift, Telehandler, Skid Steer Loader operations.

Required Experience:

  • Working knowledge of industrial operations.
  • Experience in medium to large processing plant commissioning.
  • Ability to work in remote areas in a Fly In / Fly Out role.
