Quality Assurance Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in Quality Assurance while contributing to critical documentation and compliance processes in a team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring documentation and training records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with procedures. They will take ownership of document control, training record administration (using MasterControl), and provide valuable support to QA activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enforce compliance with document procedures
  • Create, collaborate on, and update controlled documents
  • Manage document lifecycle using MasterControl
  • Upload and distribute updated document versions
  • Allocate job codes and issue training documents
  • Track and log completed training
  • Monitor and report training status to production teams
  • Maintain compliance with record control procedures
  • File and archive paper records (batch sheets, obsolete files)
  • Scan and upload validation records and QA documents
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping procedures
  • Assist in incident/deviation management and data entry
  • Prepare trending data for quality review (complaints, incidents, training, etc.)
  • Support non-conformance activities requiring updates to documentation or record generation

This role would suit an individual who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
