About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at the NSW Aquatic Centre in Bathurst.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy fitness programs to participants of all ages and abilities. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of wellness and fitness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging group fitness programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for participants
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new program initiatives
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized fitness area
Requirements
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Current National Police check
  • Cert III in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Relevant program accreditation

Previous industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We are committed to providing a child-safe environment and require all successful applicants to undergo a national police check and Working with Children check.
