About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at the Bathurst Aquatic Centre.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy fitness classes to a diverse range of participants, promoting a safe and inclusive environment.

You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with participants and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver group fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups, abilities, and fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive class environment
  • Communicate effectively with participants and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fitness programs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain certification and expertise
Requirements
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Current National Police check
  • Cert III in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Relevant program accreditation

Previous industry experience is highly regarded.
