Additional Support Assistant

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide additional support to children with disabilities in their Kindergarten program.
- This role involves working closely with Early Childhood Educators and Teachers to enable children to access and participate in their Kindergarten program.
- The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of individual children's needs and contribute to creating an inclusive environment.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Support the development of individualised plans to cater to the diverse needs of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with children, families and educators to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent experience working with children with all abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
