Inventory Management Leader

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Leader to oversee the efficient management of our stock from receipt to dispatch.
- This is a strategic role that involves managing inventory levels, optimizing stockroom organization and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to lead a team in achieving operational excellence. They will be passionate about process improvement and data analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who can motivate and develop their team, fostering a culture of high performance, respect, and open communication. They will provide clear direction, constructive feedback and coaching to support the growth and development of their team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stockroom organization to maximize efficiency and reduce waste;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements and stock levels;
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality;
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and distribution centers to ensure smooth inventory flows;
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively, as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
