Job Title: Team Lead Application Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Application Support to join our team at BCS Technology. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Application Support specialists and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Application Support specialists to provide timely and effective support to our customers.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Application Support team.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational support activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and standards.
  • Monitor and maintain system back-ups and ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in on-call roster for out of hours support as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in application support and IT operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of BPMN practices and frameworks, as well as experience with Database System Administration and AWS cloud technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
