Job Title: Team Lead Application Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Application Support to join our team at BCS Technology. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Application Support Specialists and providing technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Application Support Specialists to provide timely and effective support to end-users.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve application support and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on application performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure that technical information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to end-users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in application support and leadership roles.
  • Strong technical skills in application administration, development, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and BPMN frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
