Role Overview

  • Job Summary:

As a skilled and charismatic Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency and flair.
  • Engage with guests and provide warm, knowledgeable service.
  • Help develop and refine our cocktail list and specials.
  • Keep the bar stocked, organised, and compliant with RSA standards.
  • Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

  • Previous bar experience (cocktails + wine service).
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for creating new ones.
  • Wine knowledge is a plus - we're a wine-focused venue.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work weekend nights and occasional events.
