Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Professional to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming bar environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of premium beverages, including craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Follow RSA guidelines and liquor licensing laws; ensure certifications remain current.
  • Perform standard bar setup, operation, and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all service areas and bar stations.
  • Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions; manage shift revenue and reconciliations.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control processes.
  • Create seasonal signature drinks in line with current trends and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership for seamless service across all meal periods.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Participate in scheduled training and compliance programs.
