We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of a vibrant sports program, including coordination of all school sporting carnivals, representative sport pathways, and effective use of sporting facilities.
In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the school's sports activities, working closely with the Director of Sport to support the implementation of the strategic vision for Ravenswood Sport and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Sport department.
To succeed in this position, you will bring demonstrated leadership experience in a sports or education setting, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to engage and motivate students, staff, and external stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in sports management, education, or a related field will be highly regarded. A sound understanding of risk management in sport and a commitment to upholding the values of an independent school are essential.
As a senior member of the Sport department, you will contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote student engagement and achievement in sport. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive culture within the school community.
