This position involves advising Australia's top superannuation funds on regulatory changes, assisting with investigations and prosecutions, and ensuring broader regulatory compliance. Our ideal candidate possesses experience in superannuation or financial services, ideally from a top-tier firm or in-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on regulatory matters related to superannuation and financial services.
  • Assisting with investigations and prosecutions.
  • Maintaining knowledge of regulatory changes and developments.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in superannuation or financial services.
