Administrative Support Role

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our CEO.

The Position Overview

As the direct report to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

- Serving as a liaison between internal teams and external contacts.

- Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling appointments.

- Preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations.

- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.

- Recording expenses and managing correspondence.

- Providing ad-hoc administrative assistance as needed.

Key Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will possess:

- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with excellent presentation capabilities.
