We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our dynamic team in providing critical support services to active Australian Defence Force (ADF) members.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each individual.
  • Administering psychometric tests and collaborating with colleagues on risk assessments, crisis intervention, and comprehensive treatment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

">
  • A current, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as a psychologist.
  • At least 2 years' post-graduate experience in mental health within the last 5 years, including expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based therapies.
  • A current HLTAID009 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate.
  • Familiarity with state/territory policies, national standards, and the ADF Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy is considered advantageous.
  • Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Defence security clearance.
