Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our Insurance Brokers, focusing on client insurance and risk needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency, and endorsements.
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
We are seeking a driven and experienced individual with strong administration and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with client accounts.
- Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience.
- Knowledge of general insurance products.
- A Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain this.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
