Insurance Broker Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker Assistant to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As an Assistant Account Executive, you will work closely with high-net-worth individuals to assist with their prestige motor insurance enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect client information for new quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims
- Process payments, cancellations, and refunds
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with a supportive team of account executives
- Liaise with underwriters and industry partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Motor, Sales & Services insurance broking
- Motor knowledge is preferred
- Effective and efficient phone manner
- Seamless communication and relationship building skills
- Experienced with face-to-face stakeholder meetings
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
