Role Overview:

Civil Designer

We are seeking a talented Civil Designer to join our Sydney-based team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects and contribute to high-quality designs that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed civil design and documentation in line with relevant Australian standards.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality work using 12D, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and similar software applications.
  • Monitor scope, cost, quality, and schedule to ensure successful and profitable project outcomes.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and with clients to deliver well-coordinated solutions.
  • Apply construction methodology knowledge to design development.
  • Assist in the preparation of fee proposals and tender submissions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience delivering civil design for earthworks, drainage, roads, and sewer/water projects.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (or currently working towards completion).
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, codes, and drafting requirements.
  • Practical experience producing detailed designs, plans, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including 12D, AutoCAD, PCDrain, and PCSewer.
  • Excellent project scoping and time management abilities.
