Position Overview
Healthscope Hospitals is currently in search of a dedicated Full-Time Ward Clerk for our Medical / Rehabilitation Unit. Collaborating closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our rehabilitation ward on a daily basis.
About You
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a dynamic team setting, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, and possess strong communication abilities. You should be well-organized, capable of working independently, and adept at following directives while executing necessary tasks with efficiency.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrate commitment to our Safe Values
- Possess a thorough understanding of Australian Privacy regulations
- Have proven experience in medical administration
- Exhibit strong computer skills and familiarity with WebPAS or similar specialized systems
- Effectively manage competing priorities
- Previous experience in hospital administration is advantageous but not mandatory
