About the Role

The Secondary Curriculum Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, linking teaching and learning to improved outcomes.

This key position is responsible for leading the scope and sequence of the academic program, providing expert advice to teachers within their area of expertise. They will guide the delivery of high-quality teaching programs that meet the needs of all students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum framework for secondary subjects
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver effective learning programs
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching practices
  • Contribute to a safe, challenging, and inspirational learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education degree or higher and be registered with the relevant educational authority. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike.
