Employment Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Consultant to join our team in Cairns, where you will have the opportunity to drive results and support your colleagues.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for empowering and motivating employment consultants to achieve exceptional outcomes for their clients. Your success is measured by the success of your team, and you will take pride in sharing your knowledge through mentoring and coaching to help them reach their goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Empower and motivate employment consultants to deliver outstanding results
- Share your knowledge and experience through mentoring and coaching
- Lead by example, engaging with clients to provide tailored employment services
- Identify strengths and create solutions that meet clients' needs
- Manage time effectively to achieve high productivity
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Ability to secure a Working with Children Safely Card

A competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $80,000 per year, plus superannuation and other benefits.
