Infrastructure Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated professional to provide on-site IT support at a remote coal mine site in Queensland.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support for infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support for infrastructure services, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Project Implementation: Assist in implementing infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks.
- System Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- FIFO Roster: FIFO from Brisbane; roster: 7/7 (or subject to client agreement).
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts; day shift primarily with occasional after-hours or on-call support.
