IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

This role is a key part of our organisation's IT infrastructure team. As the IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, planning and implementing IT operational activities and processes associated with IT infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT leadership team in designing, testing and deploying IT standards and policies to managed operating environments and assets via remote management tools.
- Analyse and make recommendations/decisions against established hardware standards and managed operating environments for centres and support offices.
- Deliver and oversee vendor-related projects and initiatives.
- Transition projects to a business-as-usual (BAU) support model after completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in enterprise-level IT environments with a good understanding of IT concepts.
- At least 3 years' experience managing IT and partner responsibilities for mobile device management, managed operating environments, SDWAN, hosting services and SaaS platforms.
- Previous hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure/AD and group policies, MDM systems such as JAMF and Microsoft Device Manager/Intune.
