Fraud Investigations Expert

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Fraud Investigations Expert. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in protecting our customers from fraudulent activities and ensuring the security of their accounts.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fighting financial crime and want to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Fraud Investigations Expert, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify and mitigate live risks associated with fraudulent activities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into various types of fraud cases, identifying learning opportunities and control weaknesses.
  • Manage incoming fraud reports, preparing and issuing outbound reports to assist with the recovery of funds on behalf of impacted customers.
  • Take immediate action to mitigate risks on accounts linked to fraudulent activity, communicating directly with internal staff and customers where necessary.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you'll also:

  1. Prepare and issue outbound fraud reports, adhering to internal procedures and regulatory timeframes.
  2. Conduct comprehensive investigations into various fraud cases, driving process improvements based on the analysis of fraudulent activities during investigations.
