Job Title: Corporate Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operational management of our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce development, human resource management, building and facilities management, and financial planning and budgeting.

This is a permanent full-time position that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills when collaborating with staff, administration, parents, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation of the school with a focus on workforce development, human resource management, building and facilities management, and financial planning and budgeting.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive team to achieve these goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • The successful candidate must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
  • A valid Working With Children Check is required before commencing employment.
  • Additional eligibility and training requirements can be found in the attached Job Description Form (JDF).
Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in effective leadership of a team.
  • Demonstrated well-developed problem-solving and risk management skills, including the ability to provide innovative solutions to strategic and complex problems and issues.
