About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects and working with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.

The successful consultant will be responsible for conducting workshops to identify key business needs, developing business cases and proposing solutions based on D365, 3rd parties, and customisations. They will also configure D365 F&O, develop training materials, and contribute to change management planning and implementation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. You should have a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and be able to manage engagements effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct business stakeholder workshops to understand key requirements and present ideas.
  2. Demonstrate D365 solution capabilities to clients and provide examples to ascertain business requirements.
  3. Develop business requirements, functional design documents, and acceptance testing scripts.
  4. Configure D365 F&O, including security, workflows, forms & reports.
  5. Help the team through the life cycle of an implementation providing key inputs during design, data migration, support solution testing, build test cases, assist with functional, system and user acceptance testing.
  6. Develop and deliver training to business stakeholders.
  7. Contribute to change management planning and implementation.
