About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team as a Full-time Sales Assistant at our Rockingham store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating a vibrant and positive team environment, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as 2IC and support the Store Manager in store operations, visual merchandising management, and leadership development.
  • Provide expert and unparalleled customer service, developing strong product knowledge to assist and train the team.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain high visual merchandising appeal, and ensure health and safety in store.
  • Assist the Regional Manager during the Store Manager's absence in preparing and managing staff rosters, sales achievement, stock, and expense control management.
  • Recruit and attract talented individuals to nurture, retain, and develop them into leadership roles.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving. You will be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters, including late night trade, and have a solid experience in assisting store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion).
