Merchandising Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a merchandising professional where you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and supermarkets within your allocated territory.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and effectively manage their time to achieve sales growth and maximize retail presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel to ensure seamless product delivery and effective promotional activities.
  • Negotiate space and promotional opportunities with key retailers to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and execute planograms that meet or exceed customer expectations and drive sales.
  • Submit daily tasks and quality photos via smartphone/tablet to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or supermarket industry is highly desirable.
  • A current Australian driver's license and vehicle is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • The ability to work autonomously and make decisions without supervision.
