Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Content Coordinator & Junior Digital Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing inspiring digital content that resonates with our diverse brands across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Develop and execute a digital content calendar aligned with content and product launch plans.
  • Design and publish visually engaging digital content, including posts, reels, moodboards, carousels, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Designer and marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
  • Schedule content for optimal engagement using tools like Later.
  • Assist the Communications team in campaign execution, including HubSpot eDMs and website banners.
  • Monitor and report on key digital metrics and trends.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital platforms and tools, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and video creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and contribute creatively to projects.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, as well as HubSpot and email marketing platforms, is a plus.
