As a senior team leader, you will oversee the afternoon shift production team at our purpose-built facility in the northern suburbs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the productivity and teamwork of up to 20 permanent and casual staff, ensuring quality and efficiency of manufacturing operations, and adherence to OH&S policies.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join a respected national business offering long-term career growth opportunities. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving productivity, efficiency, and quality across all aspects of manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with previous experience supervising a manufacturing/production team. They will also have a strong understanding of mechanical principles, a willingness to be hands-on if required, and the ability to efficiently learn and adapt to new production processes and machinery.

Apart from leading the team, you will also be responsible for managing product manufacturing, distribution, storage, and process flow, as well as taking responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. You will be part of a supportive management team and enjoy a positive work culture.
