We are seeking a skilled Bakers Assistant to join our team. This is a casual position based in our bakery located in Figtree, NSW.

  • Assist bakers with the preparation, mixing, and shaping of dough">
  • Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance">
  • Pack and label baked products to meet customer and regulatory requirements">
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with food safety standards">
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with other duties as required">

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment, preferably as a Bakers Assistant">
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and production processes accurately">
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time">
  • A keen interest in baking and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods">
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills">
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment">
