Engineering Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Standards and Assurance Engineer to join our Engineering and Technical Solutions team in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne or Sydney. This role will involve leading the development and implementation of technical standards and assurance frameworks across Operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering standards, technical governance, or assurance within a complex operational environment. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and report on technical compliance through performance KPIs.
About the Role- Support the development and delivery of operations engineering standards roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure Development to align design and operational standards.
- Maintain and enhance the Technical Authority and Engineering Competency frameworks within Operations.
- Monitor and report on technical compliance using performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technical standards and assurance frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality engineering outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on engineering standards and technical governance.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in engineering standards, technical governance, or assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
