We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.
About the PositionThis key position serves as a vital link between Sales Representatives and the shipment of goods, ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, processing orders accurately, and providing updates on order status.
- Supporting Account Managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and ensuring all documentation is processed efficiently.
- Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal departments to find effective solutions.
- Working closely with the Customer Services team to improve processes, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or print and packaging environment.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- An impeccable phone manner, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
