The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background, with highly developed organisational skills for managing time, priorities and task completion for self and others.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for academic posts and education research grants programs
- Contribute to and update operations manuals and procedures
- Support event logistics, including travel, accommodation, venues and catering for research workshops and conferences
- Coordinate annual grants rounds and selection processes
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Highly developed communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with team members, stakeholders, clients or customers
- Ability to problem solve and improve processes
- Skills and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- 14% superannuation
- Additional leave over the Christmas and New Year period
- 17.5% annual leave loading for EBA employees
- Hybrid working arrangements
