Job Title: Logistics Specialist

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for processing and dispatching orders in a timely manner.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and dispatching orders through SAP
  • Coordinating transport arrangements with third-party carriers
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate filing and archiving systems
  • Booking stock transfer orders and ensuring timely dispatch from 3rd party sites
  • Confirming delivery dates and arranging quotes for transport costs with customers
  • Dispatching offshore tanks as advised by representatives

Requirements include:

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with SAP highly regarded
  • Understanding of Dangerous Goods laws and regulations
