Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as an Active Directory Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directory Administration: Design, implement, and maintain complex Active Directory infrastructures for clients worldwide.
  • Name Resolution and IP Management: Configure and troubleshoot DNS zones and DHCP scopes for reliable name resolution and IP management.
  • Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to ensure security and configuration standards across the enterprise.
  • Identity and Access Management: Collaborate with IAM teams to align AD with broader identity and access management strategies.
  • Security and Risk Mitigation: Implement AD security best practices, manage privileged access, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Incident Response and Problem Management: Act as L3 escalation point for AD-related incidents; lead root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with service owners, platform leads, and client stakeholders to align AD services with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex Active Directory infrastructures.
  • Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and AD replication.
  • Experience in hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD/Entra ID).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and managed services delivery models.
  • Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
