Risk and compliance management are critical components of our organization's success. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and assessing risk and compliance issues within the Front Office, ensuring that our business practices align with organizational, ethical, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line support to Advisers, Associate Advisers, and Associates for monitoring and managing their business risks and compliance obligations.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to promote a strong culture of risk and compliance awareness, oversight, ownership, and management.
  • Assist us in understanding and implementing risk, compliance, and controls frameworks required by relevant regulations.
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly review risk and compliance objectives, priorities, accountabilities, responsibilities, training, education, and awareness campaigns.
  • Liaise with the Legal team to monitor changes to regulatory obligations impacting our Business Units.
Your ideal profile includes 5+ years of experience in risk, compliance, and/or assurance, preferably in wealth management or with regulators. You should have knowledge of local financial services laws and regulations, as well as privacy principles. Relevant industry qualifications and certifications are desirable.
