  • We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to lead our care team in delivering exceptional care services.

Responsibilities:

  2. Deliver high-quality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and resident-focused process.">
  3. Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve person-centred outcomes.">
  4. Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication.">
  5. Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services.">
  6. Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.">
  7. Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.">

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Manager.">
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.">
  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing.">
  • Proficiency in computer systems.">
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.">
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and AN-ACC processes is highly regarded.">
  • Availability to work full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight).">
  • A valid police check clearance.">
  • Full Australian Working rights.">
