Food and Beverage Team Manager

Lead F&B Operations
Deliver exceptional dining experiences by leading a team of dedicated food and beverage professionals. This role is responsible for the performance of all outlets, including Dining Room, Bar, and In-Room dining with a focus on banquets operations.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading staff.
- A proactive approach with strong hands-on skills.
- Excellent WHS management and customer service standards.
- Ability to build strong guest and client relationships.
- Flexible working hours, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts are essential.
- Preferred minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role or an acting F&B Team Leader within a 4-5 star hotel environment.
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Intermediate computer knowledge, particularly MS Office, Outlook, and Micros.
- Outstanding communication, written, and verbal skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily team meetings and train staff on F&B standard operational procedures.
- Ensure briefings are held for each guest function.
- Responsible for set up and running of functions.
- Assist with rostering Banquets Attendants and beverage stock organisation.
