We're currently seeking a Senior Design Civil Engineer to join our team, who will be responsible for managing project design delivery within specified timeframes and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, including residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions, and will be proficient in Auto CAD, 12d, DRAINS, MUSIC, MS Project, and MS Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project design delivery within specified timeframes and budgets
* Lead design and project management for urban land development projects, from concept to construction phase
* Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with safety in design practices
* Mentor junior staff

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years' design experience
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Background in land development, including residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions
* Proficiency in Auto CAD, 12d, DRAINS, MUSIC, MS Project, and MS Suite
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on report writing
* Excellent knowledge of SEQ market, Australian Standards, and Council design standards
* Understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards
