">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our professional services team in Canberra, Australia.
This customer-facing consulting role requires exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with customers and internal teams.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering projects across consulting, design, configuration, testing and deployment, with a focus on IT infrastructure modernisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams in a cross-disciplinary role.
- Ensure assigned IT infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions, remotely or on-site.
- Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.
Requirements
- Experience working with external enterprise customers delivering projects in professional services environments.
- Must have design, implementation and optimization experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Experience with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV).
- Strong communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Australian Citizenship and NV1 security clearance required.
