As a structural engineer, you will play a key role in designing and analyzing structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other project team members to ensure that designs meet project goals and requirements.
- Develop detailed structural designs using industry-standard software such as Spacegass, Rapt, Ram, Inducta.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve design issues.
- Mentor and support graduate and early-career engineers and design drafters.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Working towards or interested in attaining RPEQ and CPEng Qualification.
- Detailed working knowledge of building codes and regulations, including AS1170, AS3600, AS4100, etc.
