Job Description

Sitting within the finance team and reporting to the financial controller, this role is ideal for a recent graduate or finance professional eager to grow and develop their skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Financial Controller and providing support to the finance team
  • Invoicing administration
  • Data entry, including daily cash sales and receipts
  • Reconciliation
  • Clerical support, including filling forms, liaising with other departments, and organizing documents
  • Maintaining databases
  • Managing the finance inbox
  • Payroll administration, including managing timesheets and reimbursement forms
  • General administration, including answering phones, mail management, and updating policies and procedures

Other ad hoc tasks may be required.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior financial and administrative experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of Xero and ERP is a plus
