Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • A key focus of this role is developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans in collaboration with participants, their support networks, and multidisciplinary teams.

This position requires strong communication skills, passion for person-centred practice, and a commitment to reducing restrictive interventions.

A successful applicant will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, enabling them to effectively balance a dynamic caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and assist in person-centred planning.
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework.
  • Strong report writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
